Uneven Experience at hotel
jacuzzi closure slow service
The staff in the bar provided helpful service.
I also found that getting extra soap took about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was central to the town and quayfront. The restaurant provided a lovely atmosphere.
The night staff seemed rude and unhelpful, especially with the car park. I paid a lot of money and expected exemplary service though that was not met. Having to go back in multiple times to ask the reception to help us to get into the multi-storey car park was shocking.

The sea view room was fantastic. the room size was great, and cleanliness was apparent. i found the location to be amazing. The hotel is worth recommending.
I encountered some difficulties finding my way to the room. It was a bit too intricate.
